Summer Rates: The summer accommodation rate is $35 per person per night, with the condition that there must be a minimum of two nights booked and a minimum of $140 (i.e. 4 persons) per night to open the lodge. All bookings are covered by the Snow Guarantee - If less than 3 lifts including an Intermediate Lift are running due to lack of snow 3 days before your booking you may elect to have a full refund of your accommodation and any Ski Packages booked through Austen, or alternatively reschedule your booking. Click on the Snow Guarantee Logo at right to read the full details.
